Advancing Truth and Reconciliation through

ACTION.

Reconciliation needs corporate leadership.

Through Call to Action 92, the Truth and Reconciliation Commission directly calls on Corporate Canada to act through policies, practices, relationships, and accountability.

Companies shape the systems where reconciliation must take root.

Companies influence employment, procurement, investment, partnerships, supply chains, workplace culture, and public expectations. That gives them a distinct responsibility and a powerful opportunity to demonstrate leadership.

Many companies want to act. Few know how. They face unclear expectations, limited capacity, fear of getting it wrong and no way to measure progress. The Declaration addresses these barriers and moves companies to action.
